With Thanksgiving Day upon us, in fact tomorrow, giving thanks is more on my mind than usual. I was born and raised in Europe so Thanksgiving Day is quite a treat for me. While it’s common to focus on getting the Thanksgiving meal prepared these last few years I really have tried to focus more on what I am grateful for. Before getting into what I’m grateful for, may I suggest that you and your family (if you don’t already) take some time before your meal to do what our family does on Thanksgiving. After being seated and saying grace we go around the table one by one and each say what we were all most grateful for. It certainly does not matter how eloquent you are. It only matters that you take a few minutes to express your gratitude. On that note, I will share with you some of the things that I am most grateful for this year.
I am grateful that our house is still standing after Hurricane Sandy.
I am grateful for the safety of loved my ones.
I am grateful that God blessed me with all that I needed to determine what my purpose on this beautiful Earth is.
I am grateful that God directs my life and work and I am very, very grateful that these days I listen.
I am grateful that I have two sons who love and respect me.
I am grateful that my sons are hardworking, bright, kind, sensitive and incredible young men.
I am grateful for my family, mother, father and sister, all of whom I love dearly.
I am grateful that we have wonderful, incredible, diligent employees who care as much about the company as I.
I am grateful for all the beautiful members who are part of our program.
I am grateful for all the readers of PoisonFreeWorld.com. It is because of all of the readers that we are able to make a difference.
I am grateful for all that God provides for me and my family.
And the one thing that I am most grateful for is that God chose to demonstrate his mercy in my life. He allowed me to lose most of my eyesight so that I could see him clearly and by his grace most has been restored.
