Does Anyone Really Use “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter”?

Does I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray really say zero calories and zero fat?  Well, if it does, then yes, you are being cheated.  How so?  It only has zero fat and zero calories if you use 1.25 sprays. Now, I’m wondering how many people actually use only 1.25 sprays.  Actually, I would call it, I Can’t Believe People Actually Use This Stuff.

Well, here I go.  Do you really need to spray stuff all over your vegetables and do you really realize what you are spraying?  And yes, I am referring here to the fact that you do not necessarily need to worry about fat and calories as much as you should worry about the artificial ingredients.  Who told you that a little butter is going to kill you?  But, I do mean a little butter.  Don’t go crazy here.

Listen, all those people around the world that are being studied by researchers for their longevity and health are not using I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter.  What, you ask, are they using?  Well, extra virgin olive oil… herbs and spices… and yes, a tiny bit of butter – sometimes.  I, personally, prefer to always use extra virgin olive oil – but that’s just me.

The point is – why are we all looking for ways to cause problems.  Read the ingredients, everyone!  A little extra virgin olive oil goes a long, long way.  Why are you taking wonderful food and ruining it with garbage out of a bottle?  I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter should be renamed, I Can’t Believe I’m Doing This To Myself.

Remember what your options are.  Herbs and spices turn boring food into glorious food.  All the while providing you with tons of antioxidants.

I could be wrong, but that little bottle of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter doesn’t contain any antioxidants.  Stay away from the artificial stuff and you’ll be amazed at how much better you’ll feel and how glowy your skin becomes.
