I’m in a rush today folks, so I’m going to make this short and sweet since it is so very important. Don’t be afraid of the sun, that is to say, do you need to boost your mood, do you need to boost your energy, do you need to boost your immune system? If you can, get out in the sunlight for 10 to 15 minutes every day. If that is impossible than do the next best thing. I implore you, for goodness sake, please take vitamin D3 on a daily basis.
